TEC 115 - Thanks!

TEC #115 was a huge success! Welcome to the TEC commiunity to all the TEC #115 tecites! We hope that you had an amazing experience on your TEC retreat weekend and that you will soon become active mmbers of the community. As you heard over the weekend, there are numerous ways for you to get involved including monthly Paschal Circles and applying to work a future TEC weekend. We also want to say a big "THANK YOU" to all of the TEC #115 team members who did an outstanding job in all of your preparations and throughout the weekend! It is through the dedication of people like you that the TEC program in New Orleans is a success!

February Paschal Circle

Paschal Circles are monthly gatherings of the TEC New Orleans community for prayer and fellowship, usually on the first Friday of the month. The February Paschal Circle will be on the SECOND Friday of the month, Friday, February 10, 2012, at the home of Leslie Trahant in Metairie. The location is on the Metairie parade route and the date is the first weekend of Carnival parades. Click HERE for a flyer with complete details.

TEC New Orleans Leadership

The TEC New Orleans community is organized and led by a Core Team, comprised of four separate ministry teams and a central leadership council. This leadership structure allows up to 40 members of our community to be involved in leadership. A new Core Team is discerned at the beginning of each academic year. We want to thank everyone who has served on Core Team this past year and invite them and all TEC community members to prayerfully discern a call to serve on Core Team in the future. The structure of the Core Team is more fully described in the Leadership Vision Document below.

2011-2013 Leadership Council

The 2011-2013 Leadership Council consists of Floyd Bonneval and Mickey Giroir, Facilitators; Sara O'Regan, Spiritual Formation Team; Cecilia Wilson, Retreat Ministry Team; Nick Simoneaux, Community Life Team; and Carol Cancienne, Administrative Team. They are joined by Fr. John Arnone, Spiritual Director; Deacon Terry Manieri, Assistant Spiritual Director; and John Smestad, Jr, Director of the Archdiocesan CYO Office.
